Ansteys square

I booked my wedding venue with them for July 24 , they had made sure I made cash payments before the date asking me not to make card payments due to them not wanting to pay tax on it ,I then told them it's wrong but with all the wedding pressures and wife on my back I then had made the payment of 11k , we had to then cancel our wedding plans due to level 4 lock down ... I requested a refund because R11 000 is not something you just give away ... it's now 6 months later over 100 calls and over 15 visits and still have not received any payments ,they keep giving me a story of please understand end of the month they will make payment....I don't know anymore what todo
