***** people this,I called them out for electrical problem at one of my rented houses he tampered with the prepaid meter,the meter through out tamper code,Steven advised me not to worry he will sort out with Municipality,after numerous attempts to get him to sort out his mess,constantly being promised he is sorting it out,today I had to pay fine to Municipality off R5700 due to his incompetence and ducking and diving his responsibility for the mess
