Ansara properties quick to ripoff owners and buyers

<p>Do not buy or lease through Ansara properties, they are quick to look for loopholes in the law to rip you off. Ansara Properties came to me saying they had a reputable tenant for me. They ****. They put a violent, non paying and dishonest individual into my home. Ansara properties is owned by Errol Ansara, he signed a lease with me , he is the principle of Ansara properties..he has refused to pay the rent even though he is in arrears to the value of R7856.55. HE and his estate agents who work for him threatened me claiming they can put squatters in and not pay and that the law will protect them. This is a blatant deviation from the estate agents code of conduct . They have stated they have no intention of paying the rent now or in future. Would you want Ansara to let out your home? or sell you a property??? the dishonesty is unreal</p>
