Compensation for lost item

When I lived in Pretoria, I bought all my white goods from ANS Wholesaler, because they always had the best prices. I now live in Cape Town and was looking for a microwave. I found the item that I was looking for at an excellent price at ANS wholesalers and ordered it online. The price was so good, because it was the last of the previous model. Unfortunately the courier lost the item and there was no stock of the previous model available anymore. ANS however sent me the latest model at the same special price, even after I agreed to pay the price difference. Ruhee from ANS kept me updated all the time and went out of her way to compensate me for the inconvenience.
