To whom it may concern

We as Anova learners we have concern on the following issues:

 Short and late payments  Bridging of extended (Contracts)  Addendum provided contradicts with the sms received on the 27th November 2020 from unlocked.

Our contract (Fixed term contract) with Anova Health Institute and unlockd, started on the the 23rd September 2019 to the 23rd September 2020.

On the 21st September 2020 we signed the addendum to fixed contract of employment that commenced on the 24th September 2020and it was to be terminated on the 18th December 2020 however on the 27th November 2020

We as the learners received text messages stipulating we will only receive prorated stipends at the end of the month November 2020 based only on remediation and actual training day’s attendance

In which it contradict addend as the addendum stipulate that the previous contract provisions remains full force and we will get paid for both theory and work placement see attached document
