Absolute hero.
Water was pouring through my ceiling at 2am on a Sunday. Called and a plumber was at my door within 40 minutes. He isolated the leak, repaired the pipe, and even helped me mop up before leaving. Calm, fast, and genuinely kind under pressure.

Another Plumber services in Johannesburg.
I was assisted by Another Plumber today on very basic plumbing needs, changing a tap washer and 2 cartridges on another 2 taps + changing sieves to 2 tap spouts. As this was an insurance claim by the outrageously *********** Integrisure team, I had to micromanage the process to ensure the plumbers did not arrive without a clear understanding of the simple job spec. Integrisure requested me to deal directly with Another Plumber as they could not correctly capture the note for the plumber. After calling Another Plumber, I was promptly assisted via Whatsapp by Wesley. He responded to all my questions and ensured the guys that came out to me were fully briefed. Although they came with incorrect cartridges, they went back to fetch the correct sizes and did a sterling job, without breaking anything or messing up something that was already functional. A big shout out to Justice and Isaac from Another Plumber, who were very punctual, extremely skilled, efficient and kind. They even redid minor silicone (a re-application) in the bathroom and kitchen as a gratis service without any issue. I highly recommend Another Plumber based on the service I received today.

Extremely Poor Service and No Accountability
I strongly advise against using Another Plumber, especially for any insurance-related repairs. My experience has been nothing short of appalling. The plumber appointed by the insurance company delivered extremely poor workmanship, failed to resolve the initial issue properly, and showed no accountability afterward. Their communication was unprofessional, the quality of the work was below standard, and follow-up was non-existent. It’s clear that Another Plumber prioritises quick insurance payouts over proper service delivery and customer satisfaction. If you value your time, money, and safety, avoid using Another Plumber at all costs. They should not be on any insurer’s approved service list until they can prove they are capable of doing the job properly.
