No responsibility
I have used this company a few times, always wondering why they got bad reviews. The spare wheel of my Jimny was ****** while in transit to Cape Town. They take no responsibility while the vehicle is in their care. They will never see me again………..They most definitely do not deserve to be in business.

We do not have proof that the spare wheel of your Jimny was ****** are fallen off during transit. Unfortunately, we stipulated on our booking form that we do not cover those type of losses under our insurance. That falls under "owners own risk".
We do at the end reached an agreement to settle the loss of the spare wheel on a 50/50 basis and we settled with him.
We have transported his vehicle on many occasions with no problem. it is just unfortunate that he did not mention that we compensated him for the loss.
