Greatly disciplined
My experience with them overall with very good but I was mostly disappointed when it came to me looking for other means of income or work or job for that matter that uh a bad influence was given and I find that makes a great deal when somebody's trying to find work to make a living and to feed a family this in the sense is a great concern as what do you do come to that I mean as they could talk about my words is what it was a person be and this was not the discuss in my exit interview um let's record to whatever reasons they got me what it it reasons like a recruiter which knows resulted we using in a lot of work in a lot of job opportunities and this disappoint me and I don't know about to take this further because this is classed me at least maybe for between two interviews that I could have got but now I've lost them in the same situation going on what do I do in this situation

Because behind every CV is a REAL PERSON. Someone who has worked hard. Someone who has gained years of experience. Someone who has made mistakes and learned from them. Someone who has bills to pay and responsibilities to carry. Someone who simply wants another chance to work and prove themselves. Not every employment relationship ends perfectly. But does that mean someone should be made to doubt their own abilities or lose opportunities because of how a previous employer describes them? **Words have consequences.** One reference can influence whether someone gets an interview. One comment can make a potential employer question their ability. And one lost opportunity can mean so much to someone who is desperately trying to get back on their feet. If there were genuine concerns about someone's performance, address them honestly and professionally. But don't deliberately tear someone down. Don't make someone feel like their years of hard work meant nothing. Don't close every door behind someone simply because their journey with you didn't end the way you wanted it to. Sometimes people don't need you to open the next door for them. **They simply need you not to close it.** Be honest. Be professional. Be fair. Be human. Because when you give a reference, you aren't just talking about a former employee. **You're talking about someone's future. Someone's livelihood. Someone's hope.
