Pathetic assistance

I have been a client of cell c for over 2 years and recently took out insurance through C Surance which is part of Anno Domini Insurance Brokers cc.<br> I took the insurance out around the 25th of Dec 2014 and was told that my 1st installment would only be at the end of Jan 2015. I was not informed of any pro rata amounts to be paid at that time as i DID have the money and would have gladly paid it if thus was specified. I was only told that should i claim within my first month id have an excess payable of R600 and the still only have to pay end of Jan 2015. I unfortunately had to claim within the 1st month due to water damage and so contacted the call center and was then instructed that my insurance had lapsed due to non payment even after specifically hearing that id only have an excess payable and 1st installment en of Jan 2015. i then spoke to phindile and after requesting the call recording, was told id get the recording soon after and that id be reinstated as a member and to submit my forms... i had submitted my first form on the 22nd of Jan 2015 and 4 other requests to get a new phone and to date after numerous calls for over 25min and emails have still not been assisted.
