Poor service

I bought a Dermalift 11 from an annique consultant in 2016. This machine does not work anymore. It does not charge. I paid R1600.00 for it. I phoned the Annique Office. Their answer: This machine is only guaranteed for a year. This product is imported and they do not have technicians to fix it. To me this is not acceptable. How can you sell a device but you do not have the know how to repair it. So do they expect you to replace it every second year?
