Bad experience

There was a one day special at Annique on the 13th of May 2019. Made a transfer at 9:00am to place an order, I then called them at 10:00am to confirm my order and I was told that the special had ended. I am not sure what kind of One day special ends at 10:00am. On the same day we requested a refund they told us to send the banking details, I emailed the banking details and they said the banking details are incorrect and it's not the first time we do a refund in the same account. They then said that if I give them my credit details the refund would be done on the same say. I sent the credit card when I called they change again and say it would take 4days. It's been a whole month already, and this is unacceptable...
