ANNIQUE DAY SPA CENTURION

My experience with the Annique day Spa in Centurion has only been terrible up to date. 1- Went for a facial in Oct-2015 but the wrong treatments were used/ done. 2- They recommend Lamelle products to me which I purchase. 3- I go in on the 16th Dec to restock on the recommended Lamelle products but they are out of stock. Luckily I still have a bit left. 4- Mid January I am phoned by Corli - reception lady to advise me they are still struggling with stock but they can recommend the Derma heal cleanser. which I agree to and ask her to keep one aside for me as I can only fetch it the following day (saturday) 5- Saturday I show up - and how convenient- they sold my product to another client by 11am. 6- Corli then offers to deliver the Derma heal product to my work on Monday 29th Jan. 7- Monday she phones me, they dont have stock 8- Tuesday I dont hear anything 9- Wednesday I phone in - Corli is off sick that day and they also do not have stock of the Derma Heal - it will take 2 weeks to arrive. 10- Saturday the 3rd Feb I go in and ask them to recommend an Annique product to replace the lamelle which they clearly cant get. and to my surprise and shock - they tell me they are unable to recommend anything else for my Dry skin and suggest I come in and book a facial and assessment again before making any product choices.

I am now stuck with no decent facial products, and absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from a well know branded Spa and their staff. I will not recommend Annique or the Spa to anyone ever again.
