What a disappointment, I should have known when FNB ***** dept phoned me to confirm if I made a purchase at this company. I still chose to believe that all will work out well. In tracking the parcel I could see that it arrived in SA but from there it just disappeared. So lesson learned, they have my money, do not reply when you inquire. *****
