Annika Footwear ****

First their website claims to be South African. Which they are NOT. They are a Chinese based company. The website gives the prices in rands and you never realise that it is not an South African Company untill you pay. Second the claim to take 7 - 15 days for delivery. That is also not true. It took more than a month to be delivered to me. When ever I contacted them, they did respond but with vague responses. Later they claimed the shoes got lost with the courier company BUT they refused to respond to my query about a refund. Thirdly the shoe sizes are smaller than normal shoe sizes. Fourthly the claim on the website that it is orthopedic high quality shoes is a ****. It is everything but that. Do not buy from them.
