Annika Footwear S. A. lies not authentic about their products

I bought online what was referred to by the company as orthopedic leather shoes in October. I then received my order a month and a half after placing my order with Annika Footwear. Upon opening the parcel, I nearly fainted to receive shoes that looks like they are made out of cheap cutboard instead of the leather orthopedic shoes. I immediately wrote an email to Annika Footwear requesting refund and I didn't receive any reply on my email up until I decided to write the second email of which they rep****. Annika Footwear told me they will not refund me because what they think as a company about their products is good, and again if shoes were purchased on special they cannot do a refund. I later asked them why were they selling me a lie about shoes that are said to be orthopedic they failed to answer.

Very disgusted with their after service.
