Annika Footwear - Not so 'Comfy or Soft'....

Got my delivery within a reasonable time frame. However, the quality of the shoes were disappointing. They are advertised as "comfy and extremely soft" with an "air cushion sole". Nothing comfy or soft about them and I'm really not sure where that air cushion sole is hiding. Definitely misleading advertising.
