My 2 year olds worst school experience.
Highly disappointing!! The school sells you a dream and once you in it you see their true colours. The school cares more about their wants and needs than accommodating the child who is adjusting. Principal has a terrible attitude and there is no flexibility. On my first encounter with her I was told that indian people baby their children. The principal and staff challenge you on everything, it's their way or no way at all, they do not try cater to your child. All the supplies you send they share with all the children. My child was sent home with another child's diaper on, on a few occasions. They don't use the wet wipes I send, my child broke out in a rash. One month in and my child did not settle. She was riddled with anxiety going to school, playing with her fingers and biting her nails. All I asked for was to do a walk in drop off and leave, they insisted that we do a drive through and my child be taken out the car by a nanny which she was not adapting to. The nanny was not pleasant or welcoming and made my child walk on the cold cement while crying and heart broken, instead of carrying her and consoling her. When I brought it to the Principals attention I was told it was not the nanny's job to settle or console my 2 year old it was the teachers when my 2 year old got to the classroom. Not a pleasant experience at all and the school is definitely not accommodating. When I gave my noticed I was told not to attend grandparents day which was suppose to be my childs last day. This is the type of people you trusting your children with. They do not have your childs best interest at heart. When I went to collect my supplies they did not give me everything back, they gave me back the wrong diapers, the wrong cereal and the teacher still argued that it was all the correct things. I never had an issue with the teacher but she developed an attitude with me on account of what had transpired with the Principal. For an establishment that suppose to be around for 20 years it's disappointing how they handle this and the lack of professionalism.
