Terrible service

Terrible experience and the owner son calling me a child and so much more. Even said to me no wonder you a single mother. I'm upset because of lack of communication from his wifes side not communicating clearly this is a family runned company when asked to speak to the owner I was told by Kurt only person above me is God. I was told so much nonsense now they want to bring the TV back unrepaired so clearly you not allowed to have problem with the service at this place because are being told you a child and no wonder you a single mother. If you want happy customers treat them with respect he knows nothing about my personal life and had no right to say what he did because his covering for his wife it's disgusting.
