Don't let them manage your property !!!!!!!!

If you value your property, do not use these people. They manage our block in Wynberg, and have absolutely messed everything up. They take money that is paid to owners from insurance for certain repairs, and use it to pay other bills.

We have sent endless emails to David and Lynette, and they pick and choose who they will respond to. Our block is in such financial trouble because of these people and their mismanagement. A few owners are selling in our block due to their incompetence, do not use these people.
