Unproffessional service

<p>We retained the services of this agency as rental agent for our property while we were travelling overseas. They did not enforce the terms of the rental agreement and eventually allowed the tenant to abscond while still owing one month's rent plus service charges. They also allowed the tenant to remove his belongings when they should have been held against monies owed. Our curtains and blinds have not been replaced despite promises that this would be done and damage to the property was not rectified or charged for. A lawyer's letter was sent to recoup our loss but this has been ignored. We feel let down by this very poor and unproffessional service. </p>
