BAD

I do not even want to give this psychologist a rating, she does not deserve it. After paying all the premiums with the last one, which I have proof of. After a year, she comes back to me to tell me that I owe her money, even though the medical aid paid her in full & she rejected the payment on her side. Now she has blacklisted me for this. How it this my fault? Very unhappy about this situation. She has an attorney allocated for this, did not even ask ME what happened, just assumes it was my fault. Hope someone can help me sort this out.
