Unacceptable charges from attorney

I had the opportunity to have the attorney's register a property I intended on buying, however not once before, was I made aware of " Wastage costs "which I would be charged in the event I cancel the deal despite the fact that the property I intended on buying needed alterations made to it before the municipality will allow the property to be registered to me. My advise be careful when conducting business with them, ask about the "fine print" I was not informed about until it was time to pay. It seems like the estate agent, Annemarie Swanepoel attorneys and the seller expected me to purchase a property which will change face and shape and accept it...This is unheard of and left a bad taste in my mouth
