Daniel Pimentel, CEO of Annecto Energycontacted me personally about my problem. He explained that their was a problem with their stock and that the stock will be delivered from China on the 18th of September 2015 and that my installation will be completed more or less a week after that. They will also carry the cost for the panels that is needed extra as the person at fault was a salesman who is no longer working for the company.I will give feedback on hellopeter.com if this does not happen, but for now I am happy that I have received some feedback and that Annecto Energy is taking responsibility for their actions.
