Being given the runaround for 2 months and yet not

Garth never answers his cell or returns any calls. I eventually got hold of Lyle Petersen who is the regional manager. He promised 30 working days before installation as they have a bit of a backlog due to rain etc. Lyle eventually came to do an inspection as well. He said I needed 16 Panel and 8 batteries for the system to work. Then electricians came to do an inspection again and they doubted if a 3KW system would be enough. Eventually they would start work on work day 48. On workday 47 they called me and told me there was some shipping problem from China and that Panels will only be in the country in approx. 3 weeks. I then sent a mail to their Managing Director Daniel Pimentel. I put a read receipt on it and saw that he read the mail. He doesn't even bother to reply. Stay away from these people, they are chancers.
