Annecto wants 100% money, but clients get none

I had Annecto Energy giving me a quote on solar panels & inverter to go Off the grid. Lyle Petersen came to my house & I showed him my size of my house & he gave me a quote based on what he saw, 5 AC's, pool pump,2 hot water geysers, all my lights & plugs, except my oven which he say pulls to much current and we agreed upon the quote. I paid them 75% and he said it will take 25days before installation commence. It was nearly 8 weeks before phase 1 was installed & he sed that phase 2 will take place the following week. I paid the balance of 25% and it's nearly 4 months and still incomplete. I now needs a 2nd 5kw inverter in order for my house to run normal as before, otherwise my power keeps on tripping.Lyle was unavailable for more than a week & it was agreed upon by his co-workers and superior that I can pay the additional inverter after my work has been completed after my long ordeal. Lyle cums to office this morning and stopped all work before work can continues. He is completely INSANE & MAD if I'm gona pay him full and my work is not complete.<br> Instead I want a full refund and everything must be removed, otherwise I will take legal action against Lyle for ********ting me.
