Extremely Disappointed 😭😔
I purchased peruvian double drawn 16 inch at Anne Rose store.. I did not install the hair same day when it was delivered. After 5days I decided to go install the wig wow that hair was not quality, when u comb the hair it comes out and tangles a lot. The closure was fine but the rest of the hairpiece was ****. I then went to the store those ladies who works there tried to comb and straighten the hair but they couldn't. They even confirmed that the texture was not peruvian. Then the was a Chinese guy his name is Toni he said he will send the picture of the hair to them for the refund or exchange after I left the store I received a message that my hair is damaged it is severely tangled and that the are lots of products smeared over it and because of that I don't meet their return criteria. I regret buying from Anne Rose they are full of **** and I'm using payflex to pay and they expect me to pay the balance. So it's either a refund or exchange.

Sometimes its not about the product, but a service that sucks! One business that doesn't not take end-to-end business seriously, whether as a customer you have received order, its yours to figure out with the courier service of their choice. The tracking system is so bad. When I send in a query of the whereabouts at 12:51, a follow up at 17:33, only at 03:11 am the next morning, I was send a link and a note that I must call Postnet to check which Postnet in PRETORIA was my order delivered at. No SMS, no email, no WhatsApp. ..Nothing...I am not buying anything here again!

Poor service from Anne Rose Hair
They charge R150 2 to 3 days standard delivery. They want to send the hair via postnet which more 60km from me. Otherwise for normal delivery it takes 7 to 9 days. I could not finish talking to the guy on the phone he just dropped the call.
