Worst Service Ever

<p>Never in my life have I been treated so bad and that on my birthday! Made a booking two weeks ago for a table of 12 with a baby chair and space for a pram. I also asked for the table to be close to the play area as I have a 3 year old. I received a call half hour before my party was suppose to start that there was an over booking and am I fine with a table at the smoking section! I specifically said NO as I have kids (a 1 month old) and will not sit in a smoking area with them!! When we got to your restaurant the table was where I said I don't want to sit right by the smoking area. I then asked for a new table where I was told I can't sit at the other tables as it is reserved. The solution your staff gave me was the parking lot with umbrellas or inside NO WHERE CLOSE TO THE PLAY AREA. Your staff was so rude and couldn't come up for a solution for where we can sit! We have now left and will go somewhere else because your restaurant doesn't deserve our money!!!!!! I will tell everyone I know about the poor service I have received and that I will never again be seen at Anna's Kitchen!!!!!!</p>
