Terrible Experience, ******, bad customer service

<p>We were booked at Anna's Guest House for the weekend and on Sa****ay after breakfast we were asked by the Manager who says was instructed by the Owner to leave the premises because of the following reasons:</p> <p> </p> <p><br />1. I asked why were we not told that the guest house does not have a TV when we made the booking( not in the rooms nor Lounge) </p> <p> </p> <p><br />2. I wanted mushrooms and sausage for breakfast was told that "only white people visit the guest house and they don't order what I wanted.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />3. We requested if we can take a shower after our half marathon on Sunday at 11am before checkout, was told to go shower at the beach not in their rooms</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I don't understand why didn't they informed us that we are not part of their clientele when we made the booking and paying deposit.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>We packed our bags quietly and left</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The attitude towards black people is disgusting </p>
