I WANT MY DEPOSIT MONEY BACK

I've had bad exprience andservice from Annalette properties(Propery agent in Nothern Surbbs , Cape town). On the 30 Jan i moved out of the flat i was renting through them. Joint inspection was done and they told me my deposit would be refunded after 10 days, after 10 the money wasnt refunded, i asked them and they told me that they would deposit it the following week with a valid reaosn of the delay. after i havent received it the following week they promised (second time)they told me that i broke the bathroom sink which when i moved in had a crack, i surendered and said they miust deduct and give back my refund. The contract states that i should have been refunded after 21 st .On the 03/03/15 i emailed them againg asking abut my money they told me that they've recived a qoute to fix the basin , once they recieved invoice they 'll let me know. They are not even stating how much is the qoute . recently they ve been ignoring my emails and phone calls. I'll now be forced to take further action against them. I want my R6400 deposit + accrued interest back. .
