Do not do business with Annalette Properties

Just a very big head up regarding this rental/estate agent, Annalette Properties. This lady is the most dishonest, ********* estate agent you will ever come across. She has a reputation for not refunding tenants deposits and finds ways and means to ***** you out of it. She never paid her portion of the property rates/municipal account leaving us to think the water bill is behind and also telling us she has not received the municipal account and then the owner confirmed he sent the statement on to her. Upon us giving notice, she also informs the owner we never paid a deposit and cannot refund us..lol.. How even if we have all the evidence. I will continue to write until thy kingdom come if I should carry on with all the stories and promises to fix up the dilapidated property she rented out to us. She gets furious when you request a payment statement and when you address a specific matter she diverts your attention to something else. Please do not take up rental with this lady. I know she will get what is coming to her.
