Be very careful of this "Rental agency"

Please be very careful of this rental agency (if you are a landlord or Tenant). I had a very very bad experience. My father who had two properties managed by her (Annalette), passed away in January 2021 due to Covid related issues. Whilst my dad was still in ICU on a ventilator unable to respond to emails and messages, Annalette took it upon herself to approve quotes of work to be done to one of the flats. This resulted in a R70000 bill of which the work that was done did not warrant this amount and could have been done for half the price. Long story short... Dealing with this while mourning my father left a very bad taste. Would not recommend this unprofessional "Agency" at all. This was only one of things...
