Worlds Worst Chalet

I queried an accommodation on Facebook and Annalene responded we had agreed. when i got to her place i was in shock to see that there where windows broken, a shaking glass balcony where some off the glass was broken which was not so safe because we had kids with us. some of the toilet windows where broken which we were not able to open. the smell inside disgusting where we had to light in scent sticks and air-fresheners. when we opened the drawers there where ****roaches inside the kitchen cupboards. The fridges where not working and all our food we left inside went off. The gate on her end entrance does not work, we had two unknown people who entered the premises that night through her entrance, which does not make it safe.

while our stay we had broken two bowls one of which got broken because a ****roach was on the bowl and dropped in shock. however we replaced the bowls. we where asked to leave at 9am but at 9pm the night before i received a message from Annalene stating that the **** and her will be there to take out the beds at 8.30. we then decided to leave at 8.30 with out cleaning the place because the **** will arrive.

when we were departing i walked around with Annalene and i explained that we did not clean because we wanted to give her and her **** space.

when i reached home from 15:00 i received non stop voice notes from Annalene till stating that i am a **** and we did not clean these voice notes went up until 9pm where i had to beg her to stop torching me. She started again the next day from 8am stating that her bowls where from Boardmans and she will not be returning out breakage fee.

after much battling with here over a week we managed to only get R950 out of our from her out of out R2000, and no proof that she had purchased 2 bowls from Boardmans.

I will never recommend anyone to go to her, because you will not have privacy constant messaging while to stay there and complete lies. my new year was rewind because of her.
