Very disappointed

Totally disappointed with our stay at Annalenes. When we arrived the floors were sticky. The cupboards was stinking, ****roaches in the dishes. The glass balcony was loose and shaking. When on a holiday you want to destress and let lose abit. But we were constantly on edge fearing for our kids safety. In all honesty if we not allowed to splash in the pool why have a pool in the first place. We were told there were so many ladies we could have got together and cleaned up. We were on holiday and not a cleaning service. Nevertheless We cleaned up as much as we could . The bins were placed in allocated place, it was raining so unfortunately the floors were going to get messed and yes we tried to mop with the mop you provided but that mop was very dirty to start of with and smelt bad. The complaints while on the property and when we got home was endless. It seemed like Annalene was very petty and was looking for every excuse not to give us our breakage deposit back. Definitely wont recommend this accommodation to anyone.
