Terrible service from Annacon Airconditioning and failed commitments.

I experienced a problem with my aircon in December 2018. Did some Googling and found Annacon Airconditioning. The reviews on their website look good and so I asked them to please come and fix my aircon. Not only did Godfrey break one of the left/right airflow blades he also damaged the up/down airflow blade. Godfrey then dropped a bottle of glue onto my carpet, some of it even spilled on the duvet as he did not put any protected sheets down. I had to buy a new duvet and also get carpet cleaners in to remove the glue stain. I the send these bills (over R1000) to Annacon Airconditioning and was informed by Kenia that I will be refunded by the end of the month of January 2019. There was no such refund. I have sent countless emails asking for feedback on the refund and have received no response from Annacon Airconditioning, Kenia Wenzira or Godfrey Wenzira.

Terrible service. I would not recommend Annacon Airconditioning ever. Stay away from them.
