Knew the store because I had to pick up an order for a cousin which I never received and still she has not received. I saw beautiful outfits. There was Melissa &Anitha who helped me place an (my)order, made me believe if you place an order in the shop the lead time will be quick, little did I know the smiles and bubbly faces were ********. March order was placed 2 months down the line still have nothing. Mind you I phone, I text, I Dm still the same excuse of backlog. The structure is unprofessional, staff is rude they hang up calls on you. They take your money to fullfill their benefits and priorities specific people.My worst experience in supporting one of our own
