Better real estate agencies exist

I will not recommend this place to rent from. I rented a flat for my employee. They made all arrangements and my employee and I have an agreement that he will pay. Come the day to pay my employee asks me to pay so I request the acc no after they already reported me to the credit bureau. They then emails me saying no payment reflected and again I get reported then they realized they made a mistake with the account number. They do not want to drive all the way to bring the contract to sign so I have to make time off from my own business (which entrepreneur has time off!!!) to go print this contract. I did request they just leave it at the flat I will sign it as I pass there alot. These people are no compassionate towards their tenants. Two months later I have been reported 3 times. Ive never met anyone who is so eager to report someone at the credit bereau rather than get in contact with the tenant and finding out what the problem is. They destroy your credit score even when they are in the wrong do not rent from them.
