incorrectly handed over to Credit Bureau

I have a property that is being managed by Anna Botha body corporate. i have been paying my levies on time. A month ago I tried to apply for a new home loan but to my surprise, it was declined due to a judgement that was put against my name at the credit beuarau. I contacted the body corporate to find out why I was listed and they told me that they do not know anything about it. They told me that my levies were up to date. I then asked for my statements as i have not been receiving them, till today, they are taking me from pillar to post. <br> <br> It got to a point where Esme asked me to stop calling her. Unfortunately I have moved from Phalaborwa to Cape Town, as a result, it is very difficult for me to visit their offices. <br> I need my statement of accounts; which I believe am supposed to receive monthly, so that I can address the matter further. there is nothing I can do without the statement.<br> <br> I need statements from 2008 to date.
