Unprofessional service and wondering if this is a ****

I've ordered a puppy from this company through Mary Ann Klopper. I think she might be part of a **** with Hamilton Logistics Global Transport. I've paid for the pup via agreed upon deposit with the agreement of the balance being paid upon arrival. But the Mary Ann insisted on full payment, without giving a receipt or anything, when I asked her to then just refund me she insisted she wants to proceed but that I must also pay for the crate hiring as according to Hamilton Logistics Global Transport the crate she provided is not suitable. Although she offered free delivery on her website and in our conversations. This lady is at times extremely rude and unprofessional and goes back on agreements. She insists she has been in this business for over 10 years, but I am yet to receive the puppy or my money back. Ye I know I should not have trusted, but I did, how can I go about it to either get refunded or receive the puppy as ordered?
