Mary Ann Klopper *******

Mary Ann contacted me on the 24th of January about my interest in a puppy. She gave me all the information I needed. Said that I need a deposit for the puppy and the rest I pay once the puppy has been delivered to me. Saturday morning she hammered me to pay a deposit so she can get the puppy to me. So I paid a deposit. She sent me tracking showing that the puppy had been taken and that she now requires me to pay the rest of the money to her. When I argued that she said once the puppy has been delivered that I'd pay. She then went on saying that she cant trust me with the money I "owed" her. She then wanted to cancel and I agreed to cancel then she said that a man would be in contact with me from Hamilton Logistics to ensure the puppy is on the way and that the tracking says that. So I paid him the rest of the money as the tracking g said everything was okay and puppy was on the way. (Shame on me for trusting these two ********)

3 hours later I get an email saying the crate was rejected by the vets and I could buy one for between R11 000 to R30 000. Or rent one for R6000. So I called Mary ann, told her that thats what I recieved and that she needs to make a plan as she said I'd get free delivery to my door. I asked her about the puppy and she said the vet still had him. She asked that I give her more time to get money together for a crate so I agreed but asked her later to just cancel it and return my money.She continues to ignore me.

I then asked a friend to find out if the puppy I wanted (Apollo) was available, and she said yes and said the puppy was with her.

SHE IS A BIG ***********. Silly me for trusting these people.
