Bought vehicle from him faults were reported. Arranged for him to fix car. Carbirator must be serviced. Today is day 3 that i still dont have my car. He is yelling and swearing at me. Bad service. Make promises to return phone calls. But he just ignore calls. He sells vehicles as a dealer \as is: and does not declare any short commings or defaults on vehicle. What should i do "
