None payment of salaries

My Friend recently worked for this Company , they are ********** . The owner takes the timesheets of the employees and withholds it when the employees resign . If the employees request their pay for hours worked than he claims that they have not worked for the company . they also provide no contract whereby u will not have any evidence that you worked for them. They also sent my friend a proof of payment but the money never ended up in his bank account.

The securities for this company work overtime and deliver good service but do not get paid properly for the work done.
