No Payslips/Pay short/No Uniform

I worked for 10 month's for this Security Company and exsperienced many ******** activities regarding operational procedures.They cancel your shift,for ******** reasons or your Pay is short at the end of each month and if you dare to open your mouth, then they pay you late...up to seven days. I worked the whole December (16 Dec-15 Jan) 30 shifts and when payday came,I didn't got paid...busy with the Labour Dept to get my Salary.Its not a open and close process...had to lend money to pay rent and buy food etc.My advice to anyone looking for work as a Security...stay with a Company with a good track record,not a Mickey Mouse Company like Anmar Guarding.Companies like this must be exposed and shut down.
