ANM Auditor - Wopping R3900 for 24 Hour Vat Registration - False Advertising - Dont Deliver on Promise

<p>On Friday the 9th of December I contacted ANM Auditors who on their website advertise that for a Whopping R3900 they will get you Vat Reg Done with all documents recieved in 24 Hours</p> <p>Working on delivering a tender that would help my Start Up take off after 18 months of client relationship building to bring it to this point a requirement was a VAT number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Having been messed about by another of these promising companies of 24 around turn around BN Solutions I was now driving to ANM Accountants/Auditors to deliver my documents that I checked with them on the phone and then checked again one by one at their offices all was in order except some detail on the invoices. This was corrected by 16h47 on Friday afternoon (and by the way sars is open on saturday mornings for submission) I again confirmed with ANM Auditors that all was in order, documents were all correct, a big Whopping YES from them. Do you believe that all is in order and I wil have my Vat Reg No by Monday, Again Whopping YES they see no reason.</p> <p>Monday the 12th, Tender submission date, bread and butter for 3 years hanging on the line (ofcourse there is no gaurentee but sometimes you know you are good) 17h15 i call as there has been no news. Sorry the accountatn went home. What about your 24 hour turnaround time AS SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE, Documents received, in order, complete, correct, checked by them, confirmed this verbally as well. Girl on the phone tells me, no 24 to 48 hours. WEBSITE SAYS 24 HOURS AND I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS CHECK BY YOU AND ALL FINE (and by the way SARS is open on Saturday morning)</p> <p> </p> <p>I am R3900 poorer, I have probably lost a 3 year contract and I have another LYING, NON Delivering - Deceptive Advertising AUDITOR/ACCOUNTING COMPANY making claims on their webssites and services they can deliver.</p> <p>After this, I am going to lay a complaint with SARS with SAICA, with the OMBUDSMAN</p> <p> </p> <p>They Love your Money but they Will Cheat you in the Backside</p> <p> </p> <p>HORRIBLE, DISSAPPOINTING, FINANCIAL LOSS SITUATION, ANM AUDITORS.</p> <p> </p> <p> I dont know what SAICA etc stand for if these people work by some code, I am just seeing lies and deception</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
