Long outstanding REFUND

Hi , I bought fabric online on the 31st March 2023 they promised me delivery within 3 days by Lindiwe their consultant, I waited until I decided to ask for my refund, from their whatsapp number, by Daniel and Lwandle. They told me that my refund is been processed on the 13th until today the 22nd nothing has happened. And Lindiwe confirmed that they received the top up amount of R80. .... Please let the consumers know that ANKARA IS A ****.
