Bad customer service

I am so disappointed with how this company IS NOT handling my complaint.

I bought 2 products (material) and in my order the billing and shipping address were different (shipping address in KZN and billing address in GP), I was buying the material for my mother. The next thing I am informed that there is a delivery in the GP address there driver informs me that there's nothing he can do, I accepted the delivery and immediately tried to contact Ankara.

I sent several email with no responses (but the emails were fine when I was making the purchases). Then I called 3 different numbers the whole day and none was picking up, around 4pm I managed to get through and spoken to Aluwa who said they will look into my order and assist and will contact me on Monday (this was the 28/07/2023).

Monday (31/08/2023) no contact, I called them again on Thursday and Aluwa was the one to receive my call and informed me that she forgot about my enquiry and will call me back in an hour's time and never returned my call.

I am calling again today (08/08/2023) and no-one is picking up my calls.

I have been patiently long enough; can I get my money back.
