Outstanding service

<p>I bought Dark Souls III on Xbox One and when it got delivered, I was a very sad man to find the disc scratched.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted support and Tex assisted me swiftly, stating I can play the game while they find a replacement copy for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Because of this amazing customer service, I will buy more often from them.
