Bad Communication and Re-crediting

I ordered a product months ago. Received no further communication on the product. Emails have never reached me, despite them always telling me an email was sent. The product was re-credited 2 months ago and i was not told and i was also not re-credited the amount owed. This issue is only being looked at now that I have called for the 5th time since ordering.
