Promises with no delivery

I ordered 3 figures from this company and was strung along for months with promises that my order was on the way. I was eventually told I would be refunded by October 2025, but they have since stopped responding to all communication about the refund. They have even twice **** to me telling me that they paid the money with no money paid into my account. They can’t even supply a POP. Based on my experience, this company takes your money without delivering the product or issuing a refund if the items cannot be supp****.
