Pathetic Workmanship

My husband fitted new brake pads three weeks ago. Julian advised skimming of the discs. due to excessive disc skimming, the left side brake pads wore off in three weeks. We had the car towed to them today and were told that we had to pay for new brake pads. Richard was not only rude to me, but he wasn’t actually concerned that the fault was theirs. He said that he will discount the new brake pads and we should pay 3000 rand for new discs and brake pads. we asked him for the bosses number and we were told that Julian was the boss, and that we will only deal with Richard. I found the owners number on facebook, as i was quite emotional after my conversation with Richard and he said that he would get back to me which he didn’t. Eventually my husband was told that he should just pay for new discs and not the new brake pad. Clearly the safety of customers isn’t a priority for them. After being a customer for the last 4 years, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Poor workmanship, poor customer service.
