Caution against Animal Travel

I worked with Melanie, relocating my cats from Vietnam to South Africa. Despite having years' worth of experience in the industry and knowing that flights to CPT directly would not be possible, she nonetheless quoted me for flights direct to CPT. Nowhere in our email correspondence did she once mention that extra costs could be incurred. And I received the final quote at near double the originally agreed-upon amount. I am disgusted by the service I have received. Not even an apology.
